摘　　要：笔者结合实际工作经验,对境外电厂投资项目的BOT融资风险进行了分析列举,包括完工风险、运营风险、销售与收入风险、金融风险、政治和法律风险、环境和社会风险及不可抗力风险,介绍说明了主要的风险种类,并针对各项风险结合项目实际操作经验列举了建议优先采用的风险缓释措施,并提出了其他的防范及应对措施建议。Based on actual work experience,the author analyzes and lists the BOT financing risks of overseas power plant investment projects,including completion risks,operational risks,sales and income risks,financial risks,political and legal risks,environmental and social risks,and force majeure risks,introduces and explains the main types of risks,and lists the recommended risk mitigation measures for each risk combined with the actual operating experience of the project,and proposes other precautionary and countermeasures.
