摘　　要：本文通过调研阿尔及利亚市场上的EPC项目,对项目中的设计咨询管理模式进行详细对比分析,总结出阿尔及利亚本国的企业、外资企业、中资企业在阿尔及利亚市场的优势和劣势,并指出中资企业以后在设计管理模式上的改进之处。This article investigates the EPC project in the Algerian market,and conducts a detailed comparative analysis of the design consulting management mode in the project.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Algerian domestic enterprises,foreign-funded enterprises and Chinese-funded enterprises in the Algerian market,and points out the improvements to be made in the design management model of enterprises in the future.
