摘  要:本文用一氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-141b)形成水合物R141b,研究水合物形成过程中诱导时间、溶液电导性的变化。在加入十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和搅拌作用下,可缩短水合物生成的诱导时间;监测了模拟电镀废水中氯离子在生成R141b水合物前后浓度的变化。实验结果表明:R141b水合物可将电镀废水中氯离子浓缩,并提取一部分回水,对回收电镀废液中的氯离子处理起到一定作用。In this paper,the variation tendency was studied about the induction time and conductivity of R141b hydrate,which was formed by HCFC-141b.Under the action of adding SDS and stirring,the induction time of hydrate formation was shortened.The concentration of chloride ion was monitored in simulated electroplating wastewater before and after the formation of R141b hydrate.The experimental results show that the chloride ion concentration is concentrated,and a part of return water is extracted,which can play a certain role in the recovery of chloride ion from electroplating wastewater.
