摘 要:漫江大桥为三跨连续刚构桥,主跨133 m,采用悬臂浇筑法建造而成。为研究结构参数对施工中结构响应的影响,对漫江大桥施工阶段进行有限元模拟,分析了桥梁施工过程中主要参数的敏感性。通过对该大跨度连续刚构桥施工过程中6个影响结构响应的主要参数进行主梁挠度分析,结果表明:混凝土容重、弹性模量、结构整体升温降温及结构温度梯度都是大跨度刚构桥施工控制的敏感性参数;其中温度梯度对悬臂状态下主梁挠度影响最大,最大变化值可达19 mm;容重对成桥状态下主梁挠度影响最大,最大变化值可达12.6 mm,因此在施工过程中需重点控制温度和容重对桥梁结构的影响。Manjiang Bridge is a three-span continuous rigid frame bridge with main span of 133m and was completed by using cantilever laying method.In order to study the influence of structural parameters on structural response in construction,finite element simulation for the construction phase of Manjiang Bridge was carried out and the sensitivity of main parameters in the process of bridge construction was analyzed.By analyzing the main beam deflection of the 6 main parameters affecting the structural response during the construction of the long-span continuous rigid frame bridge,we found out that the unit weight of concrete,elasticity modulus,warming and cooling of the entire structure and temperature gradient are all the sensitivity parameters of the construction control of the long-span rigid frame bridge,the temperature gradient has the greatest influence on the deflection of the main beam in cantilever state,with the maximum variation up to 19 mm,and the unit weight can make a significant difference to the main beam deflection in bridge state with maximum variation up to 12.6 mm,therefore,the effect of temperature and unit weight on the bridge structure should be majorly paid attention to during construction.
