摘  要:为了验证系杆拱桥预应力孔道摩阻设计参数,指导预应力钢束的张拉,以某铁路简支系杆拱桥为工程实例,选取箱梁顶板钢束T1、底板钢束B1进行了管道摩阻试验。通过才用最小二乘法计算得到预应力钢筋与孔道间的摩阻系数μ和孔道偏差系数k。现场预制4 m长的现浇试件梁,在梁上实测了预应力锚口和喇叭口损失率,并与相关规范规定值进行了分析和比较。试验结果表明:预应力钢筋与孔道间的摩阻系数μ和孔道偏差系数k设计值略大于设计值,在下一步施工当中应适当调整控制张拉力。In order to verify the friction resistance design parameters of prestressing duct of tied-arch bridge,and give instruction to the stretching of prestressing steel tendons,taking a simply supported tied-arch railway bridge as an engineering example,the steel tendon T1 on top plate of box girder and steel tendon B1 on bottom plate were selected for duct friction resistance test.The ordinary least squares technique was used to calculate the coefficient of friction resistanceμbetween prestressing steel bar and duct and deviation ratio of duct k.On the site,a 4 m cast-in-place sample beam was prepared,and the loss rate of prestressing anchor opening and bellmouthing on the beam was measured,for analysis and comparison with the design parameters.The test results show that the coefficient of friction resistanceμbetween prestressing steel bar and duct and deviation ratio of duct k are slightly higher than design value,and the stretching force should be adjusted and controlled in the construction later.
