摘　　要：甘草查尔酮A是一种新型的黄酮类化合物,是甘草的主要提取物,具有多种药理学活性,其中最受关注的是其抗肿瘤作用,本文对近年来甘草查尔酮A的抗肿瘤活性及机制的研究进行综述,以期为临床抗肿瘤药物研究提供参考。Licochalcone A(LCA)is a newly flavonoid chalconoid,which is one of the major active components of Glycyrrhiza.and possesses a variety pharmacological activity.Recently,the anti-cancer activity of Licochalcone A has been extensively studied.This review was to summarized its anti-tumor activity and molecular mechanisms,provide reference for the research of clinical anti-tumor drugs.
