低分子肝素在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并感染患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析低分子肝素在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并感染患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并感染患者86例,随机分为研究组和对照组各43例。对照组给予抗感染和常规对症治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗前后的血气观察指标。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率95.35%高于对照组的79.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的血气指标氧分压、二氧化碳分压、p H均有所改善,并且研究组改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并感染临床效果显著,能够明显改善患者的炎症反应,促进痰液排出,值得在临床上应用。Objective To explore the application effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)in elderly patients with copd.Methods86 cases of elderly patients with copd complicated with infection in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were collected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 43 cases each.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the research group was given low molecular heparin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis indexes of oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and pH before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe effective rate of 95.35%in the study group was higher than 79.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and pH of blood gas analysis indexes in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree in the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLMWH in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with infection has a very significant clinical effect,which can significantly improve the inflammatory response of patients and promote the elimination of sputum,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
