摘 要:为模拟自然界光催化过程,以磺化聚砜/聚醚砜共混膜为基膜,通过静电组装法制备了TMPyP@SPSf/PES功能膜,构建了可实现连续光催化降解-分离的光催化膜反应器,用于低浓度有机染料和苯酚的降解.结果表明,在连续光辐照动态错流过滤模式下,罗丹明B的降解率超过90.0%,优于间歇光辐照模式下83.5%的降解率.跨膜压差对染料降解有显著影响,随跨膜压差的降低,膜通量下降,降解率升高.当跨膜压差为2×10-3 MPa时,光催化膜反应器对酸性品红、甲基橙、罗丹明B、结晶紫、孔雀石绿及亚甲基蓝等染料的降解率均超过95.0%.对10 mg/L的苯酚连续降解300 min,苯酚降解率维持在98%左右.此外,采用气-质联用对罗丹明B降解产物分析表明,罗丹明B染料被降解为多元醇和酸等易于生物处理的小分子化合物.In order to simulate natural photocatalysis, a porphyrin functionalized polymer porous TMPyP@SPSf/PES membrane was prepared by facial electrostatic assembly method using sulfonated polysulfone/polyethersulfone(SPSf/PES) blend membrane as the base membrane. A photocatalytic membrane reactor for continuous photocatalytic degradation-separation was constructed to degraded dyes and phenols. The results showed that the degradation rate of Rhodamine(RhB) by continuous irradiation mode was up to 90.0%, which was larger than that of 83.5% by the intermittent irradiation mode. The degradation rate was influenced by the transmembrane pressure significantly. The flux decreased with the decrease of transmembrane pressure. On contrary, the degradation rate of RhB increased with the decrease of transmembrane pressure. The degradation rates of acid fuchsin(AF), methyl orange(MO), RhB, crystal violet(CV), malachite green(MG) and methylene blue(MB) were all above 95.0%. Furthermore, the degradation rate of phenol was maintained at around 98% for continuous degradation 300 min with an initial phenol concentration of 10 mg/L. Finally, the degradation products were determined by GC-MS. The result showed that small molecular polyhydric alcohols and organic acids were the main products in the residue, and which were easy to be biodegraded.
