摘　　要：人参皂苷Rh2是一种四环三萜类皂苷单体,是人参中主要活性成分之一,越来越多的实验研究报道其具有显著的免疫调节活性。本文拟通过查阅国内外文献,系统总结Rh2的免疫调节作用。研究表明Rh2既可调节肿瘤微环境中T细胞、巨噬细胞、NK细胞等免疫细胞功能及多种细胞因子分泌,又能抑制LPS诱导的炎症反应,并对阿尔茨海默症、过敏性皮炎、哮喘等炎症相关免疫性疾病有潜在的治疗作用。总之,本文主要综述了Rh2在调节肿瘤免疫及治疗炎症相关免疫性疾病等方面的作用,以期为后续深入地研究和开发利用Rh2提供参考。Ginsenoside Rh2 is a tetracyclic triterpenoid saponin monomer,which is one of the main active ingredients in ginseng.More and more studies have reported Rh2 has significant immunomodulatory activity.It can not only regulate the immune function of T cells,macrophages,NK cells and cytokines in the tumor microenvironment,but also inhibit the LPS-induced inflammatory response.At the same time,Rh2 has potential therapeutic effects on inflammation-related immune diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease,atopic dermatitis and asthma.This article mainly reviews the role of Rh2 in tumor immunity regulation and treatment of inflammation-related immune diseases,in order to provide a reference for further research and development of Rh2.
