连续循环系统上卸扣装置负载分析与计算

摘　　要：上卸扣装置是连续循环系统的关键部件。为合理设计连续循环系统上卸扣装置,对其工作原理和操作流程进行了分析,根据设计需求,建立了上半封摩阻、钻井液上顶力、旋扣扭矩和上卸扣装置执行机构的力学模型,并选取常用钻井参数对主要负载阻力和技术参数进行计算。计算结果表明:上半封摩阻为179 kN,钻井液上顶力为537 kN,旋扣扭矩为376 N·m;为满足上卸扣操作要求,上卸扣装置夹紧油缸最小输出力为188 kN,紧崩扣油缸最小输出力为96 kN,定位油缸最小输出力为48 kN,旋扣马达最小输出扭矩为411 N·m,平衡油缸最小输出力为147 kN,背钳油缸最小输出力为1 054 kN。分析计算结果为上卸扣装置设计提供了理论依据。The makeup and breakout device is a key component of the continuous circulation system. To rationally design the makeup and breakout device on the continuous circulation system, the working principle and operation procedure are analyzed. According to the design requirements, the mechanical model of the upper ram preventer friction, the drilling fluid uplift force, the spinning torque and the makeup and breakout actuator are established. The common drilling parameters are selected to calculate the main load resistance and technical parameters. The calculation results show that the upper ram preventer friction is 179 kN, the uplift force of the drilling fluid is 537 kN, and the spinning torque is 376 N·m. To meet the requirements of the makeup and breakout operation, the minimum output force of the makeup and breakout clamping cylinder, tight buckle cylinder, positioning cylinder, balance cylinder, back clamp cylinder is 188, 96, 48, 147 and 1 054 kN respectively. And the minimum output torque of the spinning motor is 411 N·m. The analysis and calculation results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the makeup and breakout device.
