摘 要:夹持块是注入头的核心部件,对注入头整体可靠性具有至关重要的影响。为了探讨注入头夹持块的夹持性能,基于非线性接触理论,建立了夹持块夹持力学模型,从正压力、连续管应力及管径偏差适应性等方面综合分析了夹持块性能,并提出一种高效率弹性夹持块。研究结果表明:常规夹持块正压力和效率随其与连续管外径偏差的增大而降低;同常规夹持块相比,弹性夹持块平均正压力提升20%~37%、接触面积提升6%~10%,效率提升35%~57%;弹性夹持块沟槽和底部壁厚具有一个最优值,基于选用的分析参数,建议槽宽取值40~60 mm,底部壁厚取值8~10 mm。理论分析结果与试验结果非常接近,有助于注入头和夹持块的优化设计。The gripper block is the core component of the coiled tubing(CT)injector head and has a crucial influence on the overall reliability of the injector head.To investigate the gripping performance of the injector head gripper block,based on the nonlinear contact theory,the gripper block gripping mechanical model is established.The gripper block performance is comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of normal pressure,CT stress and tubing diameter deviation adaptability.Thereby a high efficiency elastic gripper block is proposed.The analysis results show that the normal pressure and efficiency of the traditional gripper block decrease with the deviation of the CT outer diameter.Compared with the traditional gripper block,the elastic gripper block has an increased average normal pressure by 20%~37%,an increased contact area by 6%~10%,and an increased efficiency by 35%~57%.The elastic gripper block groove and bottom wall thickness have an optimal value.Based on the selected analysis parameters,the recommended groove width is 40~60 mm,and the bottom wall thickness is 8~10 mm.The theoretical analysis results are very close to the experimental results.
