摘  要:目的:通过分析高校博物馆馆藏陕西省高等植物标本组成、植物区系丰富程度、海拔区间分布类型等,为深入研究该地区的植被特点以及不同海拔植物多样性提供理论依据,同时,为该区域内生物资源的保护和生态恢复等提供有价值的素材资料。方法:对馆藏植物标本数据进行统计整理并划分植物区系,分析不同海拔区间的物种多样性。结果:收藏地共有维管植物114科365属643种。在科属种的水平上,裸子植物处于劣势,被子植物占绝对优势;维管植物的区系成分中,温带成分占有绝对优势,属的分布区类型中,T8(北温带分布)属的贡献最大;海拔区间内,1600 m以下的维管植物的物种总数达到最多。Objective:To analyze the composition of higher plant specimens, the richness of flora, and the type of altitude distribution in the museum collections of colleges and universities, so as to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth study of vegetation characteristics and plant diversity at different altitudes. Provide valuable materials for the protection of biological resources and ecological restoration.Methods: Statistics, collation and classification of plant specimens were carried out, and species diversity at different altitudes was analyzed.Results:There were 114 families, 365 genera and 643 species of vascular plants in the collection. At the level of families, genera and species, gymnosperms are at a disadvantage, and angiosperms are dominant. Among the floristic components of vascular plants, temperate components have an absolute advantage. Among the distribution types of genus, T8 (northern temperate distribution) belongs to contribution is the largest;The total number of species of vascular plants remain at top 1600 m below see level among the altitude ranges.
