摘　　要：本文分析了美国水资源开发利用现状,并从管理历史、管理体制、管理经验等角度综述了美国水资源管理的具体办法,并指出美国水资源管理政策的未来方向,总结美国水资源管理经验与教训,同时从实施手段、优先实施区域、全球战略变化等方面分析了美国水资源治理全球战略,通过以上对美国水资源管理体制及全球战略的分析,提出了我国水资源管理的改进建议。This paper analyzes the status quo of water resources development and utilization in the United States and summarizes the specific methods of water resources management in the United States from the perspectives of management history,management system and management experience.It also points out the future direction of the US water resources management policies and summarizes experience and lessons of water resources management in the United States and analyzes the global strategy of water resources management from the perspectives of means,priority areas,global strategic changes,etc.Finally,this paper proposes how to improve China s water resources management on the basis of the above analysis of the US water resources management system and global strategy.
