Does the Synergy in Organizational Patterns Affect the R&D Outputs of Research Institutions?

摘　　要：本文利用中国农业科研院所微观数据,基于新增长理论的知识生产函数构建农业科研院所创新产出影响因素的实证模型,考察参与协同创新对农业科研院所创新产出的具体影响。研究发现,农业科研院所参与协同创新对其国外发表科技论文和申请发明专利有显著促进作用,但并未显著影响其学术著作出版数量,对其国内发表科技论文有显著负影响;同时,知识积累显著影响农业科研院所创新产出,而当期投入对中国农业科研院所创新产出的影响作用并不明显,创新平台对农业科研院所国外科技论文发表有显著促进作用。Using the data on agricultural scientific research institutes,this study constructed an empirical model of the influencing factors of the innovation outputs of the institutes,based on the knowledge production function of the new growth theory,and investigated the effect of participation in collaborative innovation on the R&D outputs of agricultural research institutes.The study finds that participation in collaborative innovation has significantly promoted their publication in foreign journals and application for invention patents,but did not significantly influence the number of academic books published,and had a significant negative effect on the publication in domestic journals.At the same time,the knowledge accumulation significantly affected the R&D outputs of the institutes,while the effects of current inputs were not significant.The research also finds that the innovation platform of the institutes had a significant promotion effect on their publication in foreign journals.
