摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀软胶囊联合常规治疗对高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效。方法94例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀软胶囊,疗程8周。然后,检测临床疗效,血压及其变异性,血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,颈动脉内中膜厚度变化。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组收缩压、舒张压、收缩压变异性、舒张压变异性及Hcy、HGF、CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05);观察组内中膜厚度显著减少(P<0.05),但对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀软胶囊联合常规治疗可降低高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者Hcy、HGF、CRP水平,减少内中膜厚度。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsules combined with routine treatment on patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis.METHODS Ninety⁃four patients were randomly assigned into control group(47 cases)for 8⁃week intervention of routine treatment,and observation group(47 cases)for 8⁃week intervention of both Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsules and routine treatment.Subsequently,the changes in clinical efficacy,blood pressure and its variability,serum homocysteine(Hcy),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),C⁃reactive protein(CRP)levels and carotid intima⁃media thickness were detected.RESULTS The ob⁃servation group displayed significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treat⁃ment,the two groups demonstrated markedly decreased systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure variability,diastolic blood pressure variability and Hcy,HGF,CRP levels(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).Obviously reduced intima⁃media thickness was found in the observation group(P<0.05),but no obvious difference was observed in the control group(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis,Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsules combined with routine treatment can decrease Hcy,HGF and CRP levels,and reduce intima⁃media thickness,showing definite clinical efficacy.
