数字图书馆用户画像及场景重构研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】通过用户画像和场景五力等相关理论,构建数字图书馆用户画像,揭示不同群体用户的行为需求,并对其场景进行了重构,为数字图书馆更好发展提供了服务和参考。【方法/过程】通过对不同群体用户行为的分析,构建数字图书馆的用户画像,并结合场景理论构建了数字图书馆场景重构模型。【结果/结论】基于用户画像和场景五力的理论,能够清晰的反应出不同群体用户的行为需求,挖掘出不同群体用户的潜在服务特征,从而实现用户画像的精准刻画,依据不同群体用户的潜在服务特征,能够为用户提供更加符合用户行为特点的服务场景,进而达到提升数字图书馆的竞争力,从而进一步提供数字图书馆的服务效率。【Purpose/significance】Based on the theory of user portraits and scenes, the paper constructs a portrait of digital library users, reveals the behavioral needs of different groups of users, reconstructs their scenes to better digital libraries,and provides services and references for the better development of digital libraries.【Method/process】By analyzing the behavior of different groups of users, the user portrait of digital library is constructed, and the digital library scene reconstruction model is constructed by combining scene theory.【Result/conclusion】By applying the user portrait and the five-force theory of the scene, the behavioral needs of different groups of users can be clearly reflected, and the potential service characteristics of different groups of users can be mined, thereby the accurate portrayal of user portraits can be realized according to different groups of users. The potential service features can provide users with service scenarios that are more in line with the characteristics of user behavior, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the digital library and further providing the service efficiency of the digital library.
