摘  要:介绍了炉外精炼用耐火材料无铬化的发展历程,分别采用不烧镁尖晶石砖、镁钙砖、镁碳砖及刚玉-尖晶石浇注料等精炼方法,取得了与镁铬砖相当的效果。同时介绍了精炼用耐火材料的维护与修补、隔热保温措施,使炉外精炼设备使用寿命提高,节能环保。The development course of refractory meterials for refining with outside the oven is introduced, and the refining methods, include non-burning magnesium spinel brick, magnesium calcium brick,magnesium carbon brick and corundum spinel castable, respectively, are adopted and obtains the equivalent effect with magnesium chromium brick. The maintenance, repair and insulation measures of refractories for refining, are introduced, so as to improve the service life of the refining equipment outside the oven energy saving and environmental protection.
