摘 要:以高铝粉为主要原料,分别研究不同磷酸二氢铝加入量对高铝泥浆抗折粘接强度和荷重软化温度性能的影响。试验检测110℃×24 h和1 400℃×3 h的抗折粘接强度及110℃烘干后的荷重软化温度。结果表明:随着磷酸二氢铝的加入量增加,经过110℃干燥处理后,试样的抗折粘接强度逐渐增大;随着磷酸二氢铝加入量的增加,经过1 400℃×3h热处理后,试样的抗折粘接强度由小到大再到小;随着磷酸二氢铝加入量的增加,试样的荷重软化温度由高到底,耐高温性能变差。在本试样条件下,选择磷酸浓度为55%、摩尔比为3的磷酸二氢铝溶液加入高铝泥浆的中的量为10%时,泥浆的综合性能达到最优。Taking high alumina powder as the main raw material, the effects of adding different amount of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate on the adhesive flexural bonding strength and starting temperature of refractoriness under load were studied. The test detected the adhesive bending strength of 110 ℃×24 h and1 400 ℃×3 h, and the starting temperature of the refractoriness under load after drying at 110 ℃. The results show that the bending strength of the samples gradually increases with the addition of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and the drying treatment at 110 ℃.With the increase of the addition of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, after 1 400 ℃×3 h heat treatment, the flexural bonding strength of the samples goes from low to high to low. With the increase of adding amount of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, the softening temperature of samples under load starts from high to low, and the high-temperature resistance becomes worse. Under the conditions of this sample, when the concentration of phosphoric acid is 55% and the molar ratio of 3 is 10%, the comprehensive properties of mud are the best.
