摘  要:介绍了硫酸装置干吸塔酸雾组成特点及危害。干吸塔除雾器性能差会导致下游设备腐蚀、催化剂粉化结疤、开车率下降、安全风险增大、转化率下降、尾气污染物超标、电耗增加等一系列问题。系统分析了干燥塔、一吸塔、二吸塔除雾器效率差所带来的各种危害,对国内中、小型硫酸厂干吸塔除雾器选用和维护提出建议。The composition and harm of acid mist in the drying tower and absorption tower of sulphuric acid plant are introduced.The poor performance of the drying tower and absorption tower demister will lead to a series of problems,such as corrosion of down stream equipment,scaling of catalyst pulverization,decrease of start-up rate,increase of safety risk,decrease of conversion rate,over standard of tail gas pollutants and increase of power consumption.Various hazards caused by inefficiency of mist eliminators in drying tower,primary and secondary absorption towers were systematically analyzed.Suggestions were put forward for selection and maintenance of mist eliminators in drying tower and absorption tower in domestic medium and small sulphuric acid plants.
