摘 要:某大型"双闪"铜冶炼厂冶炼烟气SO3发生率不规律变化,导致制酸系统净化工序一级动力波洗涤器废酸浓度不规律波动,生产调整被动局面时有出现,给全厂满负荷稳定生产带来挑战。通过大量目标数据分析和生产实践验证,找到了一级动力波洗涤器循环泵电流和出口烟气温度变化作为一级动力波洗涤器废酸浓度快速表征的方法,为岗位预见性操作和生产调整提供了直观依据。The occurrence rate of SO3 in smelting flue gas of a large-scale double flash copper smelter changes irregularly,which leads to the irregular fluctuation of waste acid concentration in the primary dynamic wave scrubber in the purification process of the acid making system,and the passive situation of production adjustment appears from time to time,which challenges the full load and stable production of the whole plant.Through the analysis of a large number of target data and the verification of production practice,it is found that the circulating pump current and the change of off-gas temperature at the outlet of the primary dynamic wave scrubber can be used as a rapid characterization method of the concentration of waste acid of the primary dynamic wave scrubber,which provides a visual basis for the predictive operation and production adjustment of the post.
