摘　　要：介绍了新建60 t/h熔硫装置工艺流程及技术改造情况。针对熔硫装置尾气洗涤系统存在问题,对尾洗塔、风机、防腐、降温、除雾、除臭、升华硫回收等实施技术改造。技术改造后熔硫装置的安全性和稳定性得以提升,改善了精硫的品质,熔硫装置及尾气洗涤系统的处理效果和运行周期得到改善,现场和周边环境明显好转。the technological process and technical transformation of the newly built 60 t/h sulphur melting unit are introduced.In view of the problems existing in the tail gas washing system of the sulphur melting unit,the technical transformation is carried out for the tail washing tower,fan,anticorrosion,cooling,demisting,deodorization,sublimation sulphur recovery,etc.After the technical transformation,the safety and stability of the sulphur melting device are improved,the quality of refined sulphur is improved,the treatment effect and operation cycle of the sulphur melting device and tail washing system are improved,and the site and surrounding environment are obviously improved.
