摘　　要：介绍了氧化臭氧脱硝法工艺流程、反应机理、主要设备及系统运行情况。某锌冶炼企业针对2套10 kt/a锌挥发窑渣处理生产线尾气ρ(NOx)在50~250 mg/m^3的工况,采用臭氧氧化法脱硝。对脱硝臭氧氧化剂和液碱吸收剂在使用过程中的注意事项和系统运行过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的防范、解决措施。脱硝系统运行稳定,外排尾气中ρ(NOx)≤100 mg/m^3。The process flow,reaction mechanism,main equipment and system operation of ozone oxidation denitrification are introduced.A zinc smelter adoptes ozone oxidation denitrification under the condition that the tail gasρ(NOx)of two sets of 10 kt/a zinc volatilizing kiln slag treatment production lines is in the range of 50-250 mg/m^3.The matters needing attention in the use of denitration ozonation agent and liquid alkali absorbent and the problems in the operation of the system are analyzed,and puts forward the preventive and solving measures.The denitration system operates stably,andρ(NOx)in the exhaust gas is less than or equal to 100 mg/m^3.
