摘 要:为了揭示八仙花富集铝的机制,以八仙花扦插苗为试材,进行外源铝胁迫,测定根系与叶片中铝含量、根系活力、丙二醛含量、过氧化氢含量和抗氧化酶活性的变化.结果表明:100μmol/L铝胁迫使八仙花植株受到铝毒害.在50μmol/L铝胁迫的最初4 h,根系铝含量降至最低,然后呈逐渐增加的趋势;5种抗氧化酶类活性均先升高再降低,铝胁迫4 h时升至最高,然后逐渐降低至无铝胁迫水平;丙二醛含量和叶片电导率随着处理时间的延长而升高,而根系活力变化趋势相反;在处理的最初1 h时,过氧化氢含量急剧增加,然后随着处理时间延长而缓慢降低.因此,八仙花体内抗氧化酶系统对缓解铝毒起着重要作用.To reveal the mechanism of the aluminum enrichment of Hydrangea macrophylla,cottage seedlings were used as experimental materials to measure the changes of aluminum content,root activity,MDA content,H 2O 2 content and antioxidant enzyme activity in root and leaf under exogenous aluminum stress.The results showed that Hydrangea plants were damaged by 100μmol/L aluminum stress.The aluminum content in root was decreased to the lowest level at the first 4 h of 50μmol/L stress,and then gradually increased.The activities of the five antioxidant enzymes all increased at first and then decreased,which rose to the highest after aluminum stress of 4 hours,and then decreased to the level without aluminum stress.The MDA content and leaf conductivity increased with the increased of treatment time,while the root activity changed in the opposite direction.The Hydrangea peroxide content increased sharply at the first one hour of treatment and then decreased slowly as the treatment time was prolonged.In conclusion,the antioxidant enzymes system of Hydrangea macrophylla play an important role in alleviating aluminum toxicity.
