摘　　要：目的了解该项目在浙江省玉环市社区居民中的知晓度、满意度以及满意度影响因素。方法分层随机抽取912名社区居民进行该项目知晓度、满意度问卷调查。统计学方法采用χ2检验和多因素回归分析。结果项目调查中,总体知晓度为75.7%,其中年龄与是否接受过药物对其有影响。总体满意度为88.1%,月平均收入、是否接受过药物和职业等因素对总体满意度有影响。项目评价指标中,"免费药物能满足治疗需求"、"免费药物治疗效果较好"和"免费药物领取方便"对总体满意度影响较大。结论该项目知晓度与满意度较高,但仍需加强宣传,优化药物种类,进一步提高该项目的知晓度和满意度。OBJECTIVE To describe the awareness,satisfaction and its influence factors of community residents of the Free Anti-hypertensive Drug Delivery Project in Yuhuan City,China. METHODS A total of 912 community residents in Yuhuan City were randomly selected to conduct a survey on the awareness and satisfaction of the project.χ2 test was used for single factor analysis,and Logistic regression was conducted to explore satisfaction-related factors.RESULTS In the project survey,the overall awareness was 75.7%,which affected by age and whether they had taken the free drugs or not. The overall satisfaction was 88.1%,which was influenced by factors such as average monthly income,whether they had taken drugs or not,and occupation. Among the project evaluation indicators,"free drugs can meet the treatment needs","free drugs treatment is better",and "convenient way to get free drugs" had a greater impact on overall satisfaction.CONCLUSION The awareness and satisfaction were relatively high. However,in order to increase the awareness and satisfaction furtherly. It was important to pay more attention to improve the awareness,satisfactionand diversity of the drug of this project.
