摘　　要：生态文明建设思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,浙江省是习总书记"两山理论"的发源地,也是践行习总书记生态文明建设思想从"理论"到"实践"的先行者。全省近十年的废弃矿井集中治理,政府以高度的政治站位,统一的工作标准,明确的目标任务,从调查规划、试点先行到全域铺开,层层落实责任、层层传导压力,治理环节井然有序,治理手段与时俱进,治理模式由被动变主动,治理成果丰硕,改善后的环境因素变成显著的生态财富、社会财富和经济财富,让民众充分享受到生态建设带来的社会、经济成果,这是废弃矿井治理的"浙江模式",也是"绿水青山就是金山银山"的直接体现。The ecological civilization construction thought is an important component of the Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.The Zhejiang Province is the headstream of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets"theory,also the forerunner of ecological civilization construction thought from"theory"to"practice".The province’s near decade abandoned mine concentrated governance is under the government standing at a high political level,uniform working standards and clear objectives and tasks.From investigation and planning,pilot first to spread out to entire province,and implement responsibility,conduct pressure level to level.The governance links are in order;governance means keep pace with the time;governance mode changes from passive into initiative;thus results of governance are fruitful.Environmental factors after improvement have been developed into remarkable ecological wealth,social wealth and economic wealth;let the people fully enjoy the social and economic achievements brought about by ecological construction.It is abandoned mine governance"Zhejiang mode",also"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets"direct embodiment.
