摘  要:目的:探讨小儿俯卧后前位与仰卧前后位两种胸部DR摄影体位在小儿眼晶状体辐射剂量方面的差异。方法:使用热释光探测器(TLD)对实验组和对照组两组小儿眼晶状体的辐射剂量在小儿眼晶状体所受辐射剂量均值,评价两种胸部摄影体位在眼晶状体辐射剂量方面有差异。结果:俯卧后前位实验组眼晶状体平均辐射剂量存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:小儿仰卧前后位与俯卧后前位两种胸部摄影体位在眼晶状体辐射剂量方面存在显著差异,俯卧后前位胸部摄影能显著降低小儿眼晶状体的辐射剂量。Objective:Investigate the difference of radiation dose in children's eye lens between prone posteroanterior position and supine anteroposterior position in chest DR photography.Methods:Thermoluminescent dosimeter(TLD)was used to detect the mean radiation dose of children's eye lens of experiment and comparsion groups,and evaluate the differences of radiation dose between two kinds of chest photographic positions.Results:There are significant differences on the average radiation dose of eye lens in the prone posteroanterior position experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant differences on radiation dose of eye lens between children爷s supine anteroposterior position and prone posteroanterior position.Prone posteroanterior position can significantly reduce radiation dose of lens.
