摘　　要：目的:分析人文关怀护理在进行CT增强扫描检查的外籍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月,于某市大型三甲医院涉外医疗中心就诊并接受CT增强扫描检查的外籍患者56例为对象,随机将其分为对照组(基础护理)和观察组(人文关怀护理),比较两组护理效果。结果:相比对照组,观察组患者一次性检查成功率高,护理满意度高,P<0.05。结论:外籍患者在进行CT增强扫描检查期间给予人文关怀护理,可有效提高一次性检查成功率及外籍患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective:Humanistic care nursing application effect of foreign patients undergoing CT enhanced scanning.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,56 foreign patients underwent CT enhanced scanning at a foreign medical center in a large,top-three hospital in a city,randomly assigned to a control group(basic care)and an observation group(humanistic care nursing),compare the effects of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the one-time examination success rate was high,and the nursing satisfaction was high,P<0.05.Conclusion:Foreign patients who receive humanistic care nursing CT enhanced scanning can effectively improve the success rate of one-time examination and the satisfaction of foreign patients with nursing services.
