摘　　要：目的:探析多元文化区域主动脉夹层瘤患者行螺旋CT检查下护理对比情况。方法:以我院接收的主动脉夹层瘤者98例为研究对象,被选对象均行螺旋CT检查。根据数字随机法分设组别,行常规护理干预对比组,在对比组的基础上,行多元文化区域模式干预研究组。观察两组的检查成功率、护理满意度。结果:对比组的护理满意率为75.51%,明显低于研究组的91.84%;对比组的检查成功率明显低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行螺旋CT检查的主动脉夹层瘤者开展多元文化区域干预,能有效提高患者检查成功率,提升护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the nursing comparison of patients with aortic dissection in multicultural area under spiral CT.Methods:A total of 98 patients with aortic dissection received in our hospital were enrolled in the study.All selected subjects underwent spiral CT.According to the digital randomization method,the group was divided into routine care intervention groups,and on the basis of the comparison group,the multicultural area intervention study group was conducted.Observe the examination success rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate of the comparison group was 75.51%,which was significantly lower than that of the study group(91.84%).The success rate of the comparison group was significantly lower than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multicultural area intervention in patients with aortic dissection with spiral CT examination can effectively improve the success rate of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
