比较单纯经腹超声和经腹联合经阴道超声诊断子宫阔韧带肌瘤的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究经腹联合经阴道超声诊断子宫阔韧带肌瘤的价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年3月收治42例子宫阔韧带肌瘤患者,随机分组,对照组单纯经腹超声诊断,观察组经腹联合经阴道超声诊断,对比诊断正确率及误诊率。结果:观察组诊断准确率(71.43%)、肌瘤同侧卵巢检出率(61.90%)高于对照组,误诊率(28.57%)低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:经腹联合经阴道超声诊断子宫阔韧带肌瘤的价值较高,值得我们在临床上进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine broad ligament fibroids.Methods:42 patients with uterine broad ligament fibroids were enrolled from January 2016 to March 2017.The patients were random allocation,randomly divided into the control group.The patients in the control group were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound.The observation group was diagnosed by transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound and contrast the diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rate.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group(71.43%)and the rate of ipsilateral ovarian detection(61.90%)were higher than the control group.The misdiagnosis rate(28.57%)was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine broad ligament fibroids is high,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
