摘　　要：目的:分析临床护理路径在CT导引下穿刺置管硬化治疗巨大肾囊肿护理中的应用及对患者肾功能的影响。方法:选取我院肾内科收治的100例在CT导引下行穿刺置管硬化治疗巨大肾囊肿的患者为研究对象,将其根据随机抽取法平均分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者应用常规护理手段,观察组患者则在此基础上实施临床护理路径,对比观察两组患者在护理后的手术指标及对肾功能的影响。结果:①观察组患者的术后住院时间、住院费用以及术中出血量等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。②观察组患者的血肌酐、血尿素氮、胱抑素等指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在CT导引下穿刺置管硬化治疗巨大肾囊肿护理中的应用效果良好,能显著改善患者肾功能,值得大力推广应用。Objective:To analyze the application of clinical nursing path in CT-guided puncture and catheterization sclerotherapy for giant renal cyst nursing and its effect on renal function of patients.Methods:100 patients with giant renal cyst treated by CT-guided puncture and catheterization sclerotherapy in nephrology department of our hospital were selected as the objects of research.They were divided into two groups according to random sampling:observation group and control group,each group includes 50 patients.The patients in the control group were provided with routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were provided with clinical nursing path based on routine nursing.The operative indexes and effect on renal function of patients in the two groups after nursing were compared and observed.Results:①The observation group was better than the control group in terms of hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05).②The observation group was better than the control group in terms of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and cystatin(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing path in CT-guided puncture and catheterization sclerotherapy for giant renal cyst nursing is effective,which can significantly improve the renal function of patients,so it is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
