摘 要:“师徒制”是源于“导师制”的一种高职高专的课程教学模式,简述了采用师徒制的依据及导师角色与作用,探讨了在高职高专院校的学赛中如何运用师徒制,从竞赛内容与课程学习内容结合、竞赛培训的方法与教学的方法结合、将竞赛意识引入课堂学习、任务式教学成为必然和过程考核与结果考核的完美结合五个方面探讨了“师徒制”在高职高专院校英语学赛结合中的运用。“Mentoring system”is a kind of course teaching mode derived from“tutorial system”in higher vocational colleges.The basis of adopting mentoring system and the role and function of tutors were briefly introduced.It was discussed how to use tutorial system in learning and competition and the application of tutorial system in higher vocational English leaarning and competition was explored from such five aspects as combining the competition content with the learning content and the competition training method with the teaching method,creating competition mechanism,introducing competition consciousness to classroom learning,making task-based teaching inevitable and combining process evaluation with summative assessment.
