摘  要:随着全国高速铁路网的不断完善,高速铁路加快实施复兴号品牌战略,将其与客运提质计划、货运增量行动并列为铁路运输结构性供给侧改革3大举措,以推动中国高速铁路在新时代实现高质量发展。在分析复兴号品牌战略实施现状的基础上,针对开行数量有待增加、运用检修有待提升、服务标准体系有待完善、产品体系有待丰富等问题,提出科学设计列车开行方案、完善运维标准体系、全面提升服务品质、深入推进技术创新、加强安全运营保障等对策,深化复兴号品牌战略的实施。With the continuous improvement of the national high-speed railway network, the highspeed railway is speeding up the implementation of the brand strategy of Fuxing, which is listed as three major measures for the structural reform of railway transport, together with the passenger transport quality improvement plan and freight increment action, so as to promote the high-quality development of China’s high-speed railway in the new era. Based on the analysis of the status quo of Fuxing brand strategy implementation, in view of the problems such as the number of train operation to be increased, the use and maintenance to be improved, the service standard system to be improved, and the product system to be enriched, this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as the scientific design of train operation scheme, the improvement of operation and maintenance standard system, the overall improvement of service quality, the further promotion of technical innovation, and the enhancement of safety operation guarantee, etc., and deepens the implementation of Fuxing brand strategy.
