摘 要:利用氟链段高温向表面迁移效应,以及丙烯酸酯树脂与基材表面更强的电荷吸引作用,制备出了在低氟含量下,具有低表面能的丙烯酸酯/短氟碳链含氟丙烯酸酯共混树脂。采用电动电位(Zeta)、表面元素分析(XPS)以及接触角的检测,考察了丙烯酸酯树脂中阳离子性的强弱对共混乳液表面氟链段的聚集行为和表面性能的影响;同时,X射线探测器(EDX)的结果表明,通过电荷和热效应的协同作用,体系中的含氟链段大部分迁移聚集到了表面。因此在低氟含量下,基材表面的接触角提高到了107°(三碘甲烷)和133°(水),并且表面能达到7.05 mN/m,亦展示出了好的拒污性能。这为低氟含量聚合物体系获得优异的表面性能提供了一种有效的方法和路径。Composites with low fluorine were able to gain low surface energy easily via self-aggregation of fluorine, which was co-droved by heating effect(self-migration of fluorine by heating) and charge force(stronger enforce between cationic polyacrylate and substrate with negative charge). The influences of cationic charges on the self-aggregation of fluorine in polyacrylate/fluorinated polyacrylate composites were studied and surface properties were investigated by Zeta potential, XPS and contact angle test as well. It is proved by EDX that most fluorine elements could effectively aggregate to the most-surface automatically by charge force and heating effect. Therefore, the contact angles of treated substrates with low fluorine are greatly improved to 107°(dichloromethane) and 133°(water), and the surface energy reaches 7.05 mN/m almost as low as treated by fluorinated polyacrylate alone. Meanwhile, it provided an excellent repellent of ordinary domestic pollutants. The strategy presented here provided an effective way to possess low surface energies even with low fluorine contents in system.
