摘 要:武汉地区机器面粉业肇兴于清光绪年间,于第一次世界大战期间迅速发展,其凭借区位优势和政策扶持吸引了大量本地及外地商人投资建厂,并由此奠定在全国该行业内不可忽视的地位。本文以清末民初武汉地区机器面粉业的生产水平为主要考察对象,结合其所处的地理位置、历史背景,对其发展特征和原因进行分析,从中反映中国机器面粉业初兴时期的发展与不足以及武汉近代化的曲折进程。The machine flour industry in Wuhan,which was started in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty developed rapidly during the First World War.It was thus laying a foundation for its indispensable status in the industry.With location advantage and policy support,it has attracted a large number of foreign and local businessmen to invest and build factories here,and took the opportunity to develop during the European War,laying the foundation for the future machine flour industry in Wuhan.In this article,the author regards its production level as the main object of investigation,and combines its special geographical location and historical background to analyze development characteristics and causes of Wuhan s modern machine flour industry.From the beginning and development issues,it not only reflects the twists and turns of Wuhan s modern process,but also the development and deficiencies of the Chinese machine flour industry in the early stage.
