摘  要:介绍了某矿区高氧化率铜矿石的性质,对该高氧化率铜矿石进行了详细的条件试验研究,在原矿铜品位为0.99%,铜氧化率高达60.79%的情况下,试验采用两粗三精两扫浮选工艺流程,获得了铜精矿铜品位为17.47%、铜回收率为63.45%的选矿指标,为该高氧化率铜矿石的开发利用提供了技术依据。This paper introduced the property of the high mud and high oxidation rate copper ore and detailed condition test was carried on it.Under the condition that the grade of raw copper is 0.99% and the oxidation rate of copper is as high as 60.79%,when the flotation process of two roughing,three cleaning and two scavenging was adopted,the mineral processing indexes of copper concentrate with a copper grade of 17.47% and a copper recovery rate of 63.45% were obtained,which provides a technical basis for the development and utilization of the copper ore with high oxidation rate.
