摘 要:以晋宁低品位胶磷矿为研究对象,采用MLA系统分析了该胶磷矿嵌布特性复杂,矿物粒度细,低品位风化严重,分选困难。试验开展了剪切絮凝浮选工艺研究,试验结果表明,剪切搅拌强度、搅拌时间以及剪切搅拌方式影响细粒级胶磷矿的浮选特性,随着剪切搅拌强度的逐渐升高,提供的剪切力逐渐增大,突破能垒实现细粒级矿物絮凝聚团,但强度太大会破坏聚团使浮选回收率下降。针对原矿品位为19.19%的胶磷矿采用剪切絮凝正反浮选,获得了精矿产率为58.88%,品位为28.36%,回收率为87.01%的选矿指标,实现了难选低品位胶磷矿的回收利用。Jinning low-grade collophosphorite is taken as the research object.MLAsystem analysis shows that the collophosphorite has complex embedded characteristics,small mineral particle size and difficult separation of low-grade weathered phosphate rock.Test using shear flocculation flotation process is studied,the test results show that the shearing stirring intensity and stirring time and shear mixing effect on the characteristic of fine particle grade collophane flotation,with the strength of the shear mixing gradually rise,provide the shear force increases gradually,fine mineral flocculant in breakthrough can base condensed,but strength too much damage the poly group decreased flotation recovery.With the raw ore grade of 19.19% and a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 83%,the positive and negative flotation with shear flocculation was used to obtain a mineral dressing index with a fine mineral rate of 58.88%,a grade of 28.36% and a recovery rate of 87.01%.The results show that the fine grade phosphate ore can be recovered effectively by proper shear agitation strength,time and method.
