全程预见性护理在老年股骨骨折中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程预见性护理在老年股骨骨折中的应用效果.方法将90例老年股骨骨折患者随机分为对照组与观察组.对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受全程预见性护理干预,比较2组患者髋关节功能,术后8h、1d、3d疼痛评分,术后并发症发生率以及护理满意度.结果观察组髋关节功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后8h、1d、3d疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01).观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论全程预见性护理可有效促进老年股骨骨折患者术后髋关节功能恢复,减轻术后疼痛,减少术后并发症发生,提高护理服务满意度.Objective To explore the application efficiency of whole course predictive nursing intervention in elderly patients with femoral fracture.Methods Totally 90 elderly patients with femoral fracture were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received whole course predictive nursing intervention.The hip joint function,postoperative pain scores at 8 h,1 d,and 3 d postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The hip joint function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 8 h,1 d,and 3 d of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course predictive nursing can effectively promote the recovery of hip joint function,alleviate postoperative pain,reduce incidence of postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the elderly patients with femoral fracture.
