摘　　要：目的探讨瑜伽疗愈术对老年高血压患者睡眠质量的影响.方法选择老年高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理结合瑜伽疗愈术,比较2组睡眠质量、睡眠认知及焦虑程度.结果观察组干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后睡眠个人信念和态度量表(DBAS)、睡眠卫生意识和习惯量表(SHAP)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论瑜伽疗愈术可改善老年高血压患者的睡眠质量,提高其对睡眠的认知,缓解其焦虑情绪.Objective To investigate the effect of Yoga healing therapy on sleep quality in senile patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 senile patients with hypertension were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given routine nursing combined with Yoga healing therapy.The sleep quality,sleep cognition and anxiety were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Sleep Beliefs and Attitudes Scale(DBAS)and Sleep Hygiene Awareness and Practice(SHAP)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yoga healing therapy in senile patients with hypertension can improve sleep quality,increase sleep cognition and relieve anxiety.
