摘　　要：目的:探讨米非司酮与米索前列醇联合护理干预对终止中期妊娠的效果。方法:选取我院采用米非司酮与米索前列醇联合用药终止中期妊娠的56例患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为两组,分别实施常规护理干预(对照组)和临床护理干预(研究组),比较两组患者的流产有效率、流产效果、并发症发生率。结果:实施护理干预后,研究组患者的流产有效率高于对照组,流产效果优于对照组,其并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮与米索前列醇联合护理干预应用于终止中期妊娠的孕妇可以提高其流产有效率,降低并发症的发生,改善预后。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined nursing care with mifepristone and misoprostol on termination of mid-term pregnancy.Methods:A total of 56 patients with mid-term pregnancy were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol.The patients were divided into two groups by routine sampling intervention(control group)and clinical nursing intervention(research Group),the abortion efficiency,abortion effect,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of nursing intervention,the abortion efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The abortion effect was better than the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of pregnant women who have terminated the second trimester can improve their abortion efficiency,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis.
