醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及预后观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及预后。方法:选取本院2016年8月至2018年11月160例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例,对照组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上术后3d给予醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者排卵恢复时间与月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)水平低于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组复发率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症有利于加快患者恢复进程,降低性激素水平,降低疾病复发率,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of leuprolide acetate-assisted laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis.Methods:A total of 160 endometriosis patients in the hospital from August 2016 to November 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group.The control group was given laparoscopic surgery.On this basis,the observation group was given leuprolide acetate-assisted treatment at 3 d after operation.The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of ovulation and menstruation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leuprorelin acetate assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis is conducive to accelerate the recovery process of patients,reduce the level of sexual hormones,reduce the recurrence rate of disease,high safety.
