贝复新结合基础疗法治疗老年人高渗性药物外渗的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨贝复新结合基础疗法治疗老年人高渗性药物外渗的应用。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月医院全科医学科收治的98例发生高渗性药物外渗的老年患者,并根据治疗方案的不同采用随机数字法将其随机分为对照组(基础疗法治疗)、观察组(在对照组的基础上结合贝复新治疗)各49例;比较两组患者的额外增加住院天数、额外增加治疗费用以及平均治愈时间,根据视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两组患者治疗前、治疗后24h和治疗后48h的疼痛度,临床治疗效果以及治疗结束出现的不良反应。结果:对照组的治疗有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组的额外增加住院时间和平均治愈时间均长于观察组(P<0.05),额外增加治疗费用高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组治疗24h和48h后VAS评分均高于观察组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:贝复新结合基础疗法治疗老年人高渗性药物外渗能显著提高治疗效果,有利于缩短额外增加住院时间、平均治愈时间和额外增加治疗费用,疼痛感更弱。Objective:To investigate the application of Beifuxin combined with basic therapy in the treatment of hyperosmotic drug extravasation in the elderly.Methods:98 elderly patients with hyperosmotic drug extravasation who were admitted to General Medicine Department of the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.According to different treatment regimens,they were randomly divided into the control group(basic therapy)and the observation group(Beifuxin treatment based on the control group)by random number table method,49 cases in each group.The additional length of stay,additional treatment costs and average healing time were compared between the two groups.The visual analogue scale(VAS)was performed to evaluate pain degree,clinical curative effect before treatment,at 24 h and 48 h after treatment,adverse reactions at the end of treatment in both groups.Results:The response rate of treatment in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The additional length of stay and average healing time of the control group were longer than those of the observation group(P<0.05),and additional treatment costs were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the control group were higher than those of the observation group at 24 h and 48 h after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Beifuxin combined with basic therapy for the treatment of hyperosmotic drug extravasation in the elderly can significantly improve the curative effect,which is beneficial to shorten additional length of stay,average healing time and additional treatment costs,and the pain is weaker.
