摘 要:射频仿真系统馈电网络产生过高的基底噪声会影响仿真试验的开展,因此在设计馈电网络时需要对其基底噪声进行理论分析并加以控制。首先根据噪声理论确定影响射频仿真系统馈电网络基底噪声的三个主要因素;在此基础上,进一步结合射频器件的传输特性,分别计算了馈电网络噪声系数、总增益和基底噪声功率;最后,提出通过增加均衡器的方法以降低馈电网络基底噪声,并给出了实测结果。分析结果表明:受射频器件幅度特性的影响,馈电网络基底噪声在低频段明显高于高频段。而通过增加均衡器的方法在有效降低馈电网络基底噪声的同时,也可以使不同频点基底噪声的一致性有较大提升。The high basement noise produced by feed network of RF simulation system will affect the development of simulation test.Therefore,theoretical analysis and control of basement noise are needed in the design.Firstly,according to the noise theory,three mian factors affecting the basement noise of feed network in RF simulation system are determined.On this basis,the noise figure,total gain and basement noise power of the feed network are calculated according to the transmission characteristics of RF devices.Finally,the method of adding equalizer to reduce the basement noise is proposed,and the measured result shows that the basement noise in low frequency band is significantly higher than in high frequency band due to the influence of the amplitude characteristics of RF device.The method of adding equalizer can effectively reduce the basement noise of feed network,at the same time,it can also improve the consistency of basement noise at different frequency points.
