摘　　要：粪便移植(FMT)受到普遍的关注,目前在成人难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染、溃疡性结肠炎、能量代谢相关疾病等的治疗中得到成功应用,在儿童的运用也有较多成功案例。现就FMT的起源、方法与途径、应用现状等进行综述。Fecal transplantation(FMT)has received widespread attention.At present,it has been successfully applied in the treatment of adult Clostridium difficile infection,ulcerative colitis,energy metabolism-related diseases and so on,and there are also more successful cases in children.This article reviewed the origin,methods and approaches of FMT and its application status.
