摘 要:旋开机构作为末敏弹的重要零件,用于释放毫米波敏感器,实现末敏子弹药工作状态的转换。其能否完成工作影响末敏子弹的打击效果。运用应力-强度干涉理论结合改进的一次二阶矩法对末敏弹旋开机构的结构参数进行优化设计计算,得到了优化后的数据。与原始数据对比,优化设计提高了机构的可靠性,表明改进的一次二阶矩法能够有效的应用到结构优化设计中。The unscrewing agency is used as an important part of the terminal sensitive bullet to release the millimeter wave sensor to bring about the conversion of the working state of the terminal sensitive ammunition.Whether it can complete the work affects the impact of the terminal sensitive bullet.Using the theory of stress-strength interference in conjunction with the improved first-order second-moment method,the structural parameters of the end-sensitive bullet unscrewing agencies were optimally designed and calculated,and the optimized data was obtained.Comparison with the original data shows that the improved first-order second moment method can be effectively applied to structural optimization design,it improves the reliability of the organization.
