摘 要:为了建立空地导弹模块划分的理论依据,文中基于空地导弹机械、电气、功能及贮存关联度,结合BOM和最优化度理论提出了一种空地导弹模块划分方法,并阐述了空地导弹模块划分的流程。以海尔法空地导弹构型为应用实例,计算了导弹零部件的关联度矩阵并以模块化度平均值及最小值为目标,进行优化搜寻获得了空地导弹模块划分结果。通过已划分模块内部零件的关联性分析,验证了空地导弹模块划分方法的正确性。To establish theoretical system for classifying parts of air-ground missile,the method for diving air-to-ground missile into different module was proposed.In the paper,the mechanical,electrical,functional and storage correlation of air-to-ground missiles were defined,the method was achieved by using BOM and optimal modularity theory.For clearly expressing use of method,the process of module division was described in the paper.To identify validity of the method,Haierfa air-to-ground missile was selected as an application example.Then,the correlation matrix of missile components was calculated.And the modularity average value and the minimum value were taken as the objective function in optimization and obtained module division of air-to-ground missile.Through the correlation analysis between the internal parts of the divided module,it is shown that the proposed method is useful and expended to modular separation of the other style missile.
