摘 要:研究了1,10-二氮杂菲分光光度法测定铁的酸度条件、混合显色溶液用量以及共存离子的影响,建立了1,10-二氮杂菲分光光度法测定金属硅中铁含量的方法。实验表明,在pH=4~6的HAC-NaAC缓冲溶液中,铁质量浓度在0.50~5.0μg/mL范围内吸光度线性良好,线性回归方程为y=0.00140 x+0.0003,R^2=0.9999。试液中其他共存离子不干扰测定。按照实验方法测定2个金属硅样品中铁的结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法和X射线荧光光谱法的测定值均基本一致,于6个不同实验室应用实验方法测定样品和标准样品中铁的结果均与标准值吻合;方法用于实际样品中0.053%~0.77%铁的测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=22)为1.3%~2.5%。方法具有操作简便、重现性好、经济实用等优点,适用于批量样品的测定。The influence of the acidity conditions,the amount of mixedcolor developing solution and coexisting ions on the determination of iron in metallic siliconby spectrophotometric method of 1,10-diazaphenanthren were studied.The experimental results show that the absorbance linearity of iron is good in the iron concentration range from 0.50μg/mL to 5.0μg/mL when HAC-NaAC buffer solution pH range from 4 to 6.The linear regression equation is y=0.00140 x+0.0003,R^2=0.9999.Other coexisting ions in the test solution do not interfere with the determination.The results of determination of iron in two metal silicon samples by the experimental method are basically consistent with those by ICP-AES and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The results of determination of iron in samples and standard samples in six different laboratories by the experimental methods are consistent with the standard values.The method has been applied to the determination of 0.053%to 0.77%iron in real samples,which relative standard deviation(RSD,n=22)was 1.3%—2.5%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,good reproducibility,economical and practical,and is suitable for the determination of batch samples.
