摘  要:目的:为探究甲醛的致癌机制和双硫仑对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用.方法:使用超弱生物光子成像系统观察甲醛诱导的小鼠离体肝脏组织生物光子辐射特征改变以及不同浓度双硫仑(1,5,25μmol/L)的干预作用.结果:不同浓度的甲醛(5,50,500 mmol/L)能明显增强肝组织生物光子辐射强度且具有浓度依赖性,25μmol/L双硫仑对甲醛引起的生物光子辐射有显著的抑制作用.结论:该发现为进一步研究甲醛的致癌和双硫仑的抗癌机制提供了研究基础.Objective:To explore the carcinogenic mechanism of formaldehyde and the inhibitory effect of disulfiram on tumor cells.Methods:Ultra-weak biophoton imaging system(UBIS)was used to observe the characteristic changes of formaldehyde-induced biophotonic emissions in isolated tissue of mice and the intervention effect of disulfiram at the different concentrations of 1,5,25μmol/L.Results:It was found that formaldehyde at the different concentrations of 5,50,500 mmol/L could significantly induce biophotonic emissions in liver tissues in a dose-dependent manner,which could be inhibited significantly by 25μmol/L disulfiram.Conclusion:The finding provides a basis for further study of the carcinogenesis mechanism of formaldehyde and anticancer mechanism of disulfiram.
