摘 要:目的建立测定跳骨片中可溶性砷、汞含量的原子荧光光度法。方法汞测定条件,总灯电流为30 mA,光电倍增管负高压为210 V,原子化器高度为10 mm,载气流量为40 mL/min,屏蔽气流量为1000 mL/min,水浴恒温振荡仪温度为(37±1)℃;砷测定条件,总灯电流为60 mA,光电倍增管负高压为240 V,其余同汞测定条件。结果砷和汞进样量在0~40 ng范围内与荧光强度值线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.90%和100.08%,RSD分别为1.43%和3.21%(n=6),精密度试验的RSD均小于1%(n=7)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可真实模拟体内环境,准确测定可溶性砷、汞的含量。Objective To establish an atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the content determination of soluble arsenic and mercury in Tiaogu Tablets.Methods The determination conditions of mercury were as follows:the total lamp current was 30 mA,the negative high pressure of photomultiplier tube was 210 V,the atomizer height was 10 mm,the carrier gas flow rate was 40 mL/min,the shielding gas flow rate was 1000 mL/min,and the temperature of constant-temperature water bath shaker was(37±1)℃.The determination conditions of arsenic were as follows:the total lamp current was 60 mA,the negative high pressure of photomultiplier tube was 240 V,and the other conditions of arsenic were the same as those of mercury.Results The arsenic and mercury showed good linear relationship with fluorescence intensity in the range of 0-40 ng.The average recoveries were 98.90% and 100.08%,respectively.RSDs were 1.43%and 3.21%(n=6),respectively.RSD of precision test was less than 1%(n=7).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can truly simulate the body environment and accurately determine the content of soluble arsenic and mercury.
