摘　　要：目的促进卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在临床的合理使用。方法选取医院2014年1月至2018年12月上报的105份卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液的药品不良反应(ADR)报告,分析其临床特点及相关影响因素,并采用Logistic多元回归分析影响因素。结果105例ADR中,一般ADR 95例(90.48%),新的ADR 5例(4.76%),严重ADR 5例(4.76%);ADR临床表现主要包括胸闷、心率失常、呼吸困难、寒战、发热、腹泻、恶心、呕吐、血压异常、头痛等,以腹泻居多(48例,45.71%);高龄(>30岁,41例,39.05%),肥胖(>70 kg,68例,64.76%),顺产(62例,59.05%),肌肉注射给药(62例,59.05%)产妇ADR发生率较高,Logistic多元回归分析显示,均为ADR高危因素。结论高龄(>30岁)、肥胖(>70 kg)、顺产及肌肉注射给药为卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液ADR的高危因素,治疗过程中应加强监测。Objective To promote the rational use of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the clinic.Methods Totally 105 reports of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)induced by Carboprost Tromethamine Injection reported in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected to analyze the clinical characteristics and related influencing factors of ADRs,and the influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic multiple regression analysis.Results Among 105 ADRs,95 cases(90.48%)were general ADRs,5 cases(4.76%)were new ADRs and 5 cases(4.76%)were serious ADRs.The clinical manifestations of ADRs mainly included chest distress,arrhythmia,dyspnea,chills,fever,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,abnormal blood pressure,headache,etc.,of which diarrhea was the most common(48 cases,45.71%).The incidence of ADRs induced by Carboprost Tromethamine Injection was high in the advanced age puerperant(>30 years old,41 cases,39.05%),obese puerperant(>70 kg,68 cases,64.76%),spontaneous delivery puerperant(62 cases,59.05%),puerperant who were given intramuscular injection of drugs(62 cases,59.05%).Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that all of them were the high-risk factors of ADRs.Conclusion The advanced age(>30 years old),obesity(>70 kg),spontaneous delivery and intramuscular injection of drugs are the high-risk factors of ADRs induced by Carboprost Tromethamine Injection,which should be monitored during the treatment.
