摘  要:以氰化尾渣原料,采用熔融氯化工艺提金,研究了氯化钙添加量、氯化时间、氯化钙的添加方式等因素对氯化提金的影响,并对如何降低熔融氯化温度进行了探索。结果表明,CaCl2添加量为7%,分五次添加,熔融氯化时间为15min。氧化钙添加量为5%,熔融氯化温度为1450℃。金挥发率为95.69%,渣含金为0.54g/t;银挥发率为77.06%,渣含银为4.20g/t。The amount of calcium chloride,time of chlorination and way of adding calcium chloride were studied by using the raw material of cyanide tailings.The experiment of decreasing the chlorination temperature was also carried out.The results show that CaCl2 addition amount was of 7%and added in five times,the chlorination time was of 15 min,the calcium content was of 5%,and the melting temperature was of 1450℃.The gold volatilization rate was of 95.69%,and the gold content of slag was of 0.54 g/t.The volatilization rate of silver was of 77.06%,and the silver content of slag was of 4.20 g/t.
